Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4 1983) is an Canadian actress and comedian based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most famous for her part on the sitcom Superstore's Dina Fox. Ash is a graduate both of Second City Toronto Mainstage, and Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also a part of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She has been a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007 and was also awarded Best Performance by a Female Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 was awarded the Best Female Performance in the Feature Film for her performance as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She has also been a participant in the prank-show "Scare Tactics". In 2020, Lauren co-hosts her own podcast, "True Crime and Cocktails" alongside her cousin, Christy Oxborrow.
